Adventure City Theme Park Rules

1. No outside food or drinks allowed with the exception of bottled water, baby formula/food and food for guests with special dietary needs.
2. No large coolers allowed inside the park. Small soft personal coolers may be allowed but subject to search.  Picnic tables are located outside the park for your convenience and hand stamp re-entry is available.
3. As a courtesy to others, there is no smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce a smoke or vapor. Smoking is allowed at least 20 feet outside the main gate.
4. Proper attire is required. This includes the wearing of shoes and shirts.  We reserve the right to deny admission or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests.  Visible tattoos that we consider inappropriate, such as those containing objectionable language or designs, are not permitted.
5. All items such as bags, backpacks, purses and other items are subject to inspection. Persons are also subject to screening.  The inspections and screening can take place anytime while on the premises.
6. We reserve the right to not allow any item(s) that we feel should not be permitted into the park for any reason.
7. For the enjoyment of all guests, do not use profanity or engage in unsafe, illegal, or other behavior that we deem to be disruptive or offensive.
8. No music played on speakers regardless of the volume.
9. All children must be accompanied by an adult to enter the park.
10. Adults must accompany children to enter the park with some exceptions at the sole discretion of park management.
11. Additional Prohibited items include but not limited to: Weapons, alcoholic beverages, illegal substances or large items.
12. No pets allowed on the premises with the exception of approved service animals. Service animals need to be on a leash or harness.  For the safety of our guests, service animals may not be at some rides and/or attractions
13. No commercial photography, videotaping or recording of any kind.
14. No solicitation or the distribution of materials
15. Rides and attractions are subject to closure and operating hours are subject to change. There will be no compensation or refund due to these conditions.
16. No outside mascots, face painters, balloon artists or any other entertainers/performers allowed on the property without the prior written approval of the Adventure City corporate office.
17. It is not possible to list every rule. Therefore, if there is no specific policy or written rule, the park management reserves the right to make a decision at its own discretion for the safety and enjoyment of all park guests.
18. Park rules are subject to change without notification.

These rules are in place to help ensure a positive guest experience for all.  Therefore, we reserve the right to remove without refund or compensation anyone who violates any Adventure City’s park rules.  All rules are subject to change at any time without notice.
